DECREE 85/2015/NĐ-CP DATED 01 OCTOBER 2015 OF GOVERNMENT REGULATING SOME ARTICLES OF LABOR CODE ABOUT POLICY FOR FEMALE EMPLOYEES
Decree 85/2015/NĐ-CP regulating some articles of Labour code about policy for female employees including: representative of female employees; equal working rights of female employees; improvement of health care for female employees; unilaterally termination rights , temporary suspend of labour contracts of pregnant workers; help and support employers in the construction of kindergarten or partial cost of child care, kindergarten; nurseries organization in areas where have many female employees and support policy for employers.
